Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Process: Identify and engage potential accounts and contacts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline at all stages of the funnel, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling, tailored business proposals that reflect Neuronimbus' consultative sales approach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and leaders at client organizations.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently run the entire sales cycle, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and closure skills.
  • Demos & Presentations: Conduct impactful demos, presentations, and client negotiations to convey the value of Neuronimbus' offerings effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to establish Neuronimbus as a trusted partner.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with pre-sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet defined KPIs and performance metrics, which will be established at the beginning of the role.

Qualifications

  • A strong sales professional with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the corporate and enterprise ecosystem, particularly within the domestic market.
  • An active network of relevant prospects and contacts, enabling swift and effective lead generation.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging references and relationships to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales methodologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
