Scale up Field Sales for the organization across North and East / West Region.
Achieve growth and hit weekly and monthly Sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
Drive revenue growth in terms of Users, GMV, Loads posted, Fulfilment rate etc. Monitor the Sales on day-to-day basis
Ensure adherence to Sales process and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through various Business Development activities
Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders for improving brand visibility, process improvements and User satisfaction
Retain and deepen relationship with key Users in the assigned Zone
Build and maintain partnerships with Associations and Unions in the assigned Zone
Build, support, coach and develop the team for improving performance and competencies
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of Sales experience, with 3+ years of experience in managing a Sales team. SME Sales experience is mandatory
Candidates with experience in Trucking / Logistics / Logistics SaaS companies would be preferred, but not a mandatory requirement
Experience in branding activities and stitching partnerships, would be a plus, but not mandatory
Experience of managing a large team (30+ members) would be a plus, but not mandatory
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Strong Analytical mindset is a must
Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences would be required
