• Responsible to build and lead a strong HR Operations Team
• Frequent interaction with the US Office
• Lead HR Operations
• Responsible to manage the HRMS
• Responsible to build dashboards and HR MIS.
• HR data analytics and presentation to the Management
• Lead HR Strategy, Policy Operations for the organization

Requirements:

• MBA with 8 to 10 Years of HR experience
• Must have prior experience interacting with US Teams
• Must be from an IT Software Background
• Must be hands on with HRMS
• Must have HR leadership experience.
• Data driven individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Result driven and TAT focused individual
