Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager for DynamicsSmartz in the EST Time zone, with a minimum of 5 years
experience, to champion our marketing initiatives and propel the expansion of our Microsoft Dynamics
reseller business and ISV solutions. As the Marketing Manage, primarily for North America, the candidate will play a pivotal
role in devising and executing strategic marketing blueprints that amplify our brand prominence, foster
high-quality leads, and contribute to amplified revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with
DynamicsSmartzs business targets, spotlighting our Microsoft Dynamics & Azure suite: F&O,
Business Central, Dynamics NAV, D365 CRM, Power Apps, Azure, AI and Vertical Construction
solutions.
Spearhead the creation and joint execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, spanning
diverse channels encompassing both online and offline realms such as social media, email
marketing, content initiatives, webinars, events, and beyond.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target customer segments, comprehend pain
points, and curate marketing materials with the marketing team that resonate effectively with
their requisites and inclinations.
Elevate and oversee the companys online presence, inclusive of the website, blog, and social
media platforms, guaranteeing a captivating, current, and search-engine-optimized (SEO)
content landscape.
Monitor and dissect marketing campaign efficacy, website analytics, lead generation metrics,
and ROI, facilitating data-driven choices for perpetual enhancement and efficacy.
Instigate and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, strategic allies, and associations
to amplify our marketing reach and visibility.
Lead the production of marketing resources, encompassing brochures, case studies,
whitepapers, and presentations, to galvanize sales endeavors effectively.
Forge a symbiotic collaboration with Microsoft, harnessing their resources, marketing assets, and
collaborative initiatives, while concurrently managing Microsoft-endowed benefits extended to
DynamicsSmartz.
Strategize and orchestrate events at Microsoft premises, spanning seminars, workshops, and
product unveilings, to showcase our solutions and cultivate robust relationships with potential
clientele.
Stay abreast of industry trends, rival undertakings, and emergent technologies, propelling the
integration of innovative and competitive marketing stratagems.
Operate in close tandem with internal units, encompassing sales, product, and customer
support, harmonizing marketing undertakings with the overarching business objectives of
DynamicsSmartz.
Cultivate and nurture our customer community through advocacy programs, testimonials, and
referral initiatives
