Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the real estate company's brand, properties, and projects. Working remotely as part of the back-office team supporting US-based operations, the Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the US sales team, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the companys goals. The role involves digital marketing, branding, market research, and content creation to enhance the companys visibility and drive lead generation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and projects to the target audience, including prospective buyers, investors, and partners in the US.
• Branding and Positioning:

Oversee the companys brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints

• Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand US market trends, buyer preferences, and competitive landscape in the real estate sector.
• Collaboration with Sales and Project Teams:
• Work closely with the US-based sales and project teams to align marketing strategies with the companys objectives and project timelines.
• Event Planning and Promotion:
• Plan and execute marketing events, such as property showcases, open houses, webinars, and conferences, to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website content.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or real estate marketing are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on real estate marketing or related industries.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
• Experience working remotely or supporting US-based teams in a back-office capacity is an advantage.
