Job Title: Manager - Campus Recruitment & Counseling Admissions
Location: Pan India

Role Overview:
As a Manager - Campus Recruitment & Counseling Admissions, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract students, collaborate with educational institutions, and counsel candidates on career and educational opportunities. This role requires a blend of relationship management, counseling expertise, and recruitment strategy development to ensure seamless campus hiring and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Recruitment & Outreach:
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract students from universities, colleges, and vocational institutes.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for talent acquisition and admissions.
- Organize career fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to connect with potential candidates.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and orientation programs to educate students about NETAPS Foundation's programs.
. On -monthly basis should be Able to onboard 1500 to 2000 freshers 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, Under-Graduate and Post Graduate candidates under Earn and Learn Program.
2. Counseling & Admissions:
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding educational programs, career paths, and employment opportunities.
- Assist students in choosing the right programs based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
- Manage admissions processes, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility verification, and timely enrollment.
- Address student concerns related to financial aid, scholarships, and career growth opportunities.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with academic partners, training institutes, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between students, colleges, corporate recruiters, and NETAPS Foundation to ensure smooth execution of campus programs.
- Engage with faculty, placement officers, and career services teams to enhance collaboration.
4. Business Development & Institutional Engagement:
- Identify new opportunities for expanding partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Promote NETAPS Foundation's initiatives, such as Earn While You Learn, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship Programs.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create recruitment campaigns, social media promotions, and student engagement activities.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campus recruitment performance, student enrollments, and placement success rates.
- Maintain and update student databases, employer partnerships, and recruitment reports.
- Provide insights to improve admissions conversion rates and recruitment strategies.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills - Ability to engage with students, educators, and corporate recruiters effectively.
- Strong Counseling & Advisory Skills - Experience in guiding students through career choices, admissions, and skill development programs.
- Campus Recruitment & Relationship Management - Prior experience in campus hiring, student outreach, and academic partnerships.
- Business Development & Networking - Ability to identify opportunities for collaboration with institutions, industries, and NGOs.
- Event Planning & Coordination - Experience in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills - Proficiency in tracking student enrollments, placement outcomes, and recruitment success metrics.
- Digital & Social Media Awareness - Knowledge of using LinkedIn, recruitment portals, and online platforms to attract candidates.
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills - Ability to secure MOUs, partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-8 years of experience in campus recruitment, admissions counseling, or educational consulting.
- Prior experience in NGOs, skill development projects, university relations, or HR recruitment is a plus.
