Job Description:
- As a Senior Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent for our organization.
- You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including bulk hiring, blue-collar recruitment, and targeted searches.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job boards (Work India, Apna.com, Indeed), employment exchanges, skill development centers, NGOs, and campus hiring events.
- Conduct effective interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire offer process, including negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including PF, Gratuity, ESIC, and Bonus calculations.
- Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Administer attendance and leave management systems.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Establish clear performance goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, including blue-collar workers.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and attendance management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment process automation (RPA) tools.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies
