MedPlus - Software Engineer - Java (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and test Java applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Work with SQL databases to retrieve and store data.

- Develop RESTful APIs to expose services to other applications.

- Ensure API security, performance, and scalability.

- Implement inter-service communication using RESTful APIs or message queues.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and product managers.

Skills Required :

- Proficient and Mandatory skills & experience in Core Java, Advance Java, Spring Framework , Spring Boot , SQL,

- Preferable Knowledge and hands on experience on Active MQ/Any Messaging server, Any NoSql Database

- Knowhow on any Build and Continuous Integration tool like ANT, Maven, Jenkins GIT/SVN etc

- Good at Unit Testing (Junits/Mockito, JMockit etc)

Good low level skills :

- Know how about Design patterns and idioms

- Good knowledge in Objected oriented programming concept

- Strong problem-solving ability

- Proficient in code reviews

- Ability to understand and follow agile methodologies, development lifecycle.

- Participates in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development.

Experience Required :

- Hands-on experience of 3 to 5 Years as a Software developer

- Preferably worked on Retail/e-commerce domain

Academic Qualification : Any Btech/BE/Mtech/MCA degree
