Role & responsibilities Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager - New Store Launches
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the branding and successful launch of new stores in the TN region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in offline marketing campaigns, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and a team of executives. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality store branding, improving poor-performing stores, and executing marketing campaigns in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Store Branding:
- Develop and execute branding strategies for new stores
- Ensure consistent brand image across all stores
2. Grand Successful Launch of New Stores:
- Plan and execute grand opening events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches
3. Offline Marketing Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and execute offline marketing campaigns (flyers, banners, no-parking boards, health camps, etc.)
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines
4. Vendor Management:
- Manage multiple vendors in the TN region
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
5. Quality Check of Store Branding:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality branding
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
6. Team Management:
- Manage a team of 2-5 marketing executives
- Provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
7. Reporting:
- Prepare reports on marketing campaigns and store performance
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
8. Improving Poor Performing Stores:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve store performance
- Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders
9. Timely Execution of Marketing Collaterals:
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials (flyers, banners, etc.)
10. High Visibility of VM (Visual Merchandising):
- Ensure high-quality visual merchandising across all stores
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail
- Proven experience in offline marketing campaigns and vendor management
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
