Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for specific positions.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
4. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the final interview stages and job offer.
5. Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in a manufacturing or similar industry.
2.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
