Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP EWM/WM.
• Strong expertise in AMS operations and support.
• Capable of working night shifts on a rotational basis.
• Relevant educational background, preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications in SAP EWM will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end SAP EWM processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to EWM functionality.
• Participate in project planning, design, and implementation of EWM solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validate EWM configurations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on best practices and system usage.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in preparing documentation and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for stakeholders.
