Overview

The SAP SD Consultant role is vital for enhancing our business processes through the effective use of the SAP Sales and Distribution module. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and improvement of SAP functionalities, driving operational excellence and user satisfaction. Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in SAP SD module with hands-on configuration knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and incident/ticket handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with end users and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in document creation, specifically Functional Specifications (FS) and User Testing (UT).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• SAP SD certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the configuration and implementation of SAP SD modules.
• Handle user incidents and tickets efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Engage with end users to gather requirements and feedback for product improvements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications and test documentation.

• Conduct training sessions for end users on SAP functionalities.
• Support system upgrades and updates, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Identify opportunities for optimization within the SAP system.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates and address challenges.
