We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer - Oracle EBS Technical to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with mission-critical Oracle EBS systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical solutions to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in Oracle EBS modules to ensure seamless system performance.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and other database objects to support system functionality.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions in Oracle EBS.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Oracle EBS applications.

- Monitor and manage database health to ensure high availability and reliability of EBS systems.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Provide technical support for customizations, extensions, reports, and workflows in Oracle EBS.

- Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 operational support for global business users.

- Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 2-7 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle EBS.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Oracle EBS technical development, including customizations, reports, and interfaces.

- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OA Framework.

- Experience with data conversions, APIs, and WebADI.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing.

- Proven ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Advanced knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, including query optimization and indexing.

Additional Skills :

- Familiarity with tools like Toad, SQL Developer, and Workflow Builder.

- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting is a plus.
