The ServiceNow Senior Developer plays a key role in shaping our IT services through the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow platform. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ITSM Suite, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in scripting and customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Understanding of discovery suite and experience in integrating third-party applications via REST/SOAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry knowledge related to IT Service Management.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the data model design for future CMDB states.
• Set up mid-servers in on-premise/off-premise environments for discovery.
• Validate service account credentials for discovery processes.
• Coordinate with network teams to implement necessary firewall exception rules.
• Perform post-implementation testing to check connectivity across various ports.
• Lead implementation of ITSM processes to align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating processes and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
