Pega Developer - Business Process Management (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Pega applications, including case management and business process management (BPM) solutions.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using best practices and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain Pega Rules, Flows, Activities, Data Transforms, and other Pega components.

- Integrate Pega applications with other systems and applications using various technologies (e.g, REST, SOAP, messaging systems).

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Pega solutions.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and stability of Pega applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.

- Document and maintain technical specifications and other relevant documentation.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in Pega technology and industry best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualifications :

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Pega development.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications, including case management and BPM solutions.

- Strong experience with Pega Email Bot and integrating it with other Pega components.

- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Pega certifications (e.g, CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are highly desirable.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega 8.

- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and messaging systems
