Main Purpose of Job:
- Delight target consumers, build brand portfolios and generate strong brand building results
Key Outputs:
- Develop deep consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence
- Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to CSV
- Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation
- Develop strong, functionally aligned brand and annual plans leading to outstanding execution. Assist in the development of the Annual plan
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
Key Experiences:
What experiences are key to success in this job?
- Minimum 2-6 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at equivalent FMCG
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
