Main Purpose of Job:
- As a Key Accounts Manager - E Commerce, you will be accountable for building and nurturing strong relationships with key e-commerce partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving mutual growth.
- You will coordinate with various internal departments to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations
Key Outputs:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
- Drive sales growth and achieve yearly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Create strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
Key Experiences:
What experiences are key to success in this job?
- 2 year MBS program from an institute of repute.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
