• Interactive Webinars: Lead and facilitate cutting-edge webinars that offer insights into emerging industry trends and product education.
• Diverse Learning Platforms: Implement a variety of training modalities to cater to different learning preferences and ensure high-impact results.
• Impact Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the impact of training initiatives, leveraging data to optimize and pivot strategies as necessary.
• Efficient Resource Management: Ensure that learning solutions are both cost-effective and of high quality, maximizing ROI on development activities.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in learning and development, preferably within tech or education sectors.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and managing multimedia and e-learning content.

The candidate should share sample videos of training videos created by them and should be ready to join immediately.
