This role will be critical in ensuring our projects are not only well-staffed but that each project has the right blend of skills and capacity to deliver excellence. As our Staffing and Learning Development Manager, you ll become a strategic partner to our leadership, optimizing our team deployment, identifying skill gaps, and driving professional growth. You ll also define learning paths, manage our in-house learning academy, and align training to business needs.
What You ll Do:
Staffing Resource Optimization
Proactively document current and future staffing needs as projects evolve.
Partner with leadership to allocate the right skills to the right projects, avoiding excess or shortage in project staffing.
Act as a bridge between People, Talent Acquisition, and Project Teams to address talent needs, whether through hiring or skill development.
Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and skillset matrices to facilitate smooth project operations.
Regularly produce and communicate capacity and utilization reports for transparent resource management.
Lead career development discussions to align project assignments with individual growth goals.
Learning Development
Design and implement a learning strategy that aligns with company objectives, ensuring the right skillsets across levels.
Define learning roadmaps for individuals, projects, and cohorts to support our growing demands.
Manage relationships with third-party training providers, negotiate contracts, and keep the learning academy running smoothly.
Be the global go-to person for training inquiries, helping teams and individuals identify development areas and access learning resources.
What We re Looking For:
Education: MBA in HR with a solid academic track record.
Experience: 8+ years in a professional services firm with demonstrated success in staffing, learning, and development.
