Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the IMEA region.
Experience Required:
Proven experience (5+ years) in internal recruitment, preferably within the consulting industry or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs.
Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential.
