Position: International Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Type: Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Office Location: Noida Sec-62

Working Days : 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. & All Sun will be Off)

Office Timing:

  • Monday to Friday : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility)
  • Saturday (2nd, 4th and 5th) : 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO drop facility)

Position Overview: NCR Eduservices is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our efforts in expanding our global market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills. This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships with educational institutions and organizations worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and target new international markets and segments for NCR Eduservices' products
    and services.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand market share in the education sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Sales Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and
  • post-sale relationship management.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, regularly reporting progress to the
  • management team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of clients and tailor solutions to meet their
  • specific needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously seek feedback and insights from clients to improve product offerings.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the
  • global education market.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential product/service
    enhancements or new offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B international sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
