Resource needs to support for s/w creation for SIT and UAT.

Resource needs to conduct SIT test cases in cusotmer location and sumbit daily report to NCR and BANK.

Resource needs to conduct UAT test cases in cusotmer location and sumbit daily report to NCR and BANK.

Resource needs to track issues though JIRA tool and have experience in using JIRA tool.

Resource needs to raise ATM software issues with Level 1 software support team, co-ordinate, test and bring the fixes for the issues raised.

Resource need to go customer facing for the meetings of the issues or quires being raised from the production machines.

Need to co-ordinate with various teams in the NCR for resolution of ATM production issues.
