Overall, 3 years of experience with at least 1 years of experience in leading the test activities on ServiceNow projects
Has very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the modules
Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, Test estimates Experience in leading Test Teams, managing the test executions in an iterative, continuous integration environment, and test results review and reporting
Collaborates with the Project stakeholders and involves in defect triage/prioritization activities
Coach and guide the Test Team members to meet the overall test objectives
