Lead Internal Communications

Accountabilities.

ACTIVITIES.
Comprehensive internal communication programme.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive internal communications programme for Nayara Energy that is aligned with wider business objectives.
Evaluate programme deliverables and monitor performance to ensure a constant cycle of learning and improvement.
Lead the development and management of an effective suite of channels that enable targeted, timely and engaging communications with employees based in a range of different physical locations..
Build and maintain the company intranet.
Budget oversight for operational Internal Communications requirements across agencies..
Develop and implement major incident communications plan (internal facing) as required.
Change Management.
Support the various businesses to manage change effectively.
Understand major change events in the organization, map impacted stakeholders, develop appropriate learning and communication interventions to enable the change.
Equip function heads, department heads and other leaders to cascade organization change communication down the levels.
Monitor and assess change effectiveness periodically.
Leadership connect and brand.
Regularly interact with CXOs and business heads across the organisation, building in personnel and vertical specific visibility on our internal communications channel.
Work with leadership teams collaboratively to ensure consistent messaging on employer brand and values.
Build and maintain the Management Committee members profiles- including video interactions and updates- for internal communication activities.
Engagement.
Maintain an oversight of business activities, ensuring a co-ordinated approach to messaging that provides employees with regular, meaningful and consistent information about the organization and develops a shared a sense of purpose across Nayara Energy..
Plan & arrange Town Halls , House initiatives as per plan to cover all locations.
Design & roll out of Employee connect activities at all locations.
Capture employee feedback and suggestions through periodic surveys and 2-way feedback sessions.
Continuous Capability Building.
Stay abreast of recent trends in communication and engagement.
Act as a subject-matter expert to other functions and nurture more junior talent.
Responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS.
MBA in marketing or communication from a top tier university.
