Job Description

- In this influential role, you ll be supporting the delivery of people related and operational processes, systems and logistics

As a Business Support Analyst, you ll be supporting people policies and procedures, including resourcing, talent management, learning and development
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating PO, raising GRN sharing with the payables team to process the payments, HC reports, tracking of GPL for Finance, Vendor event management.
- Logistic support to visitors, admin to condeco system SPOC for IT and Property Services
- Coordinating people plan activities to maximise colleague engagement and effectiveness
- Communicating and liaising with all management regarding mandatory and regulatory change
- Providing support to senior management with ad-hoc tasks and projects deemed business priority
- Identifying quality improvements to the business
- Developing and fostering working relationships with the senior management team, as well as internal and external audit bodies
We re looking for an experienced analyst with a heightened awareness of and exposure to operational risk management in a fast paced environment. You ll need an understanding and experience of recoveries management, practices and policies, along with an understanding of external regulation.
Additionally, you ll need:
- Highly refined technical capabilities, and efficiency in Power Point and good technical knowledge of relevant systems
- The ability to analyse complex processes and identify material risk issues in order to simplify and create risk management solutions
- Good influencing, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, and tailor the communication style to suit your audience
- Experience in a leadership environment, with the ability to inspire, coach and motivate others
- The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage your own workload, taking account of conflicting demands
