Join us as a n MI & Reporting Analyst, Fin ancial Crime Assurance
  • Working with a supportive and collaborative team, you ll be helping us us bring analytics to life by presenting data to stakeholders in a meaningful way
  • You ll harness your knowledge and understanding of Financial Crime to analyse, assess and deliver on a range of project and change initiatives

What youll do
You ll be working as part of a team to deliver on our Financial Crime Quality Assurance MI & Reporting proposition and will be contributing to the development of new ideas that will shape the way we manage change initiatives and drive continuous improvements.
You ll also help us embed any changes affecting our systems and processes translating these into business processes whilst gathering any supporting documentation and communicating changes to our stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you ll be:
  • Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on track
  • Producing relevant monthly reporting and MI reports alongside relevant data
  • P articipating in initiatives that will help improve our teams processes and procedures
  • Gathering and maintaining critical assurance data to achieve assurance/compliance objectives
The skills youll need
We re looking for someone with a passion for data and analytics with good problem-solving and analytical skills. You ll also have excellent attention to detail and be able to simplify complex data into clear visualisations with compelling insights too.
We ll also be looking for you to demonstrate:
  • Experience in using new tools, technologies and methodologies to undertake advanced analytic s
  • The ability to translate data and insights for stakeholders
  • An awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks and specialist systems.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
