Role : ServiceNow Developer
Location : Bangalore, Pune (Candidates must be local) Other states they have to relocate in their own expense.
Interviews : Two, First Virtual, Final in-person
Experience Range : 5+ Years only
Notice Period : Immediate.
Work Type : Hybrid, 3 days from office is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and others.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting language (JavaScript) and other development tools.
- Design and develop Service Portals for end-users to access and interact with IT services.
- Utilize ServiceNow's Flow Designer to automate business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using various integration methods (REST APIs, web services).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Adhere to industry best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including client-side and server-side scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Candidates with poor communication skills will not be considered).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills & Experience :
- ServiceNow Certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with ITIL framework.
