ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer/ Senior Developer

Excellent and broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module and Employee Service Center.

Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams to successfully implement and support the Enterprise Service Management platform. Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design Candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.

3-12 years of experience as a key technical resource in the development and implementation of solutions in client environments.

Experience in Employee Center, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR Agent Workspace, Performance Analytics for HRSD and HR knowledge management .

Experience in HR integrations such as ODS, Profit Centre from SAP, Scripted APIs, Email, Workday

Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles and client facing. Proficiency with web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases.

Quick learner that can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment. Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field. S

elf-directed and able to manage changing priorities. Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other such technologies and standards.

Proven record of successfully managing business relationships. Excellent understanding of emerging service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies

Should be certified CSA. Other certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience working in an agile environment and preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe)
