Associate Consultant/ Consultant - Native

Native is an executive search firm which specialises in hiring for mid to senior level professionals across various industries. We have been present for more than 17 years and are headquartered in Mumbai.

The Candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Network, engage and assess over 1000+ professionals in India across mid to senior levels

2. Identify top talent and build a network in the Industry tagged to.

3. Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches

4. Execute senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team.

5. Executing senior/differentiated mandates

6. Networking and relationship building with mid and senior professionals of the industry

7. Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) for Indian & Global landscape within your practice area (e-g - Banking, Capital Markets, Legal, Sales & Marketing)

8. Study compensation structures and data points for the respective practice area

9. Driving departmental goals

10. Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)
