Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates who match client requirements.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Quality & Performance Metrics: Ensure high conversion rates of candidate submissions to interviews and successful placements.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with business unit heads and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks to build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
Who We Are Looking For?
- Experience: 2+ years in UK/US recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Communication Excellence: Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Industry Expertise: Ability to understand technical and functional job requirements in depth.
- Analytical & Research Skills: Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent market research abilities.
