Alliance and Startups Partner + Co-innovation Manager

Job Overview:

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and solution providers to enhance the organization's platform and automation capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Discover AI Products and Platforms: Match business needs, arrange hackathons where startups can provide solutions for identified business problems with immediate customer interests.

- M&A Recommendations: Recommend good targets for mergers and acquisitions.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with QX business stakeholders and analysts to identify Horizon 1 and Horizon 2/3 opportunities. Keep updated on market trends and competitor platforms.

- Technology Partner Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential technology partners.

- Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.

- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with partners.

- Strategy Development: Develop Co-GTM, Co-Innovation, and Co-Development strategies.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance and ROI along with business heads and partners.

- Technical Integration: Coordinate technical integration with partner solutions.

- Product Roadmap Influence: Influence product roadmap of partners to suit client requirements.

- Investment Acquisition: Bring investments from hyper-scalers and alliance partners in the form of tokens, credits, pilots, evaluation licenses, certifications, conference passes, etc.

Must Haves:

- 8+ years of experience in partnership management/technology vendor management or similar role.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of automation and AI technology landscape.

- Understanding of software licensing and contracts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
