Job Title: Alliance Manager


Job Profile:


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Alliance Manager to drive the growth of our partnerships and alliances. The primary objective of this role is to manage and expand our network of technology partners, OEMs, and ISVs to create force multiplier effects on Flentas' revenues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful alliances in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and the partner ecosystem.


Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.


Job Description:


- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Flentas' business objectives, targeting key industry verticals such as IT, startups, SMEs, manufacturing, financial services, and gaming.


- Alliance Management: Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with technology partners, OEMs, and ISVs, with a focus on our core AWS alliance. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, solution development, and revenue growth.


- Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that complement Flentas' offerings and expand our market reach. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that deliver mutual business value.


- Partner Enablement : Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and joint solution offerings. Ensure partners are equipped to sell and deliver Flentas' services effectively.


- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth through alliances. Enable sales with alliance offerings, drive joint demand generation, collaborate on opportunity pursuit, and optimize alliance performance.


- Alliance Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of alliances, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and customer success metrics. Continuously optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.


- Executive Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers at partner organizations to align strategic priorities, resolve escalations, and drive executive sponsorship.


Requirements:


- 7+ years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or strategic sales roles, preferably in the IT services or cloud consulting industry.


- Proven track record of building and managing successful alliances that drive significant revenue growth and market impact.


- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and the partner ecosystem.


- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.


- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and value propositions to diverse audiences.


- Metrics-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding partnership performance targets.


- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through partnerships.


- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with partners and attend industry events.


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
