Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that align with our business objectives and can facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
- Cross-Sell Initiatives: Develop and execute cross-sell strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the value proposition of our solutions through strategic partnerships.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value creation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership and cross-sell strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to align partnership and cross-sell efforts with overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships and cross-sell initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance the company's network and reputation Requirements:.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the HR Tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and SaaS business models.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing cross-sell strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software .
