The Role:
The Channel Sales/Alliances Partner is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships with key channel partners. This role requires a proactive individual with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
- Identify, recruit, and develop strategic relationships with channel partners.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of partners and optimize the partner ecosystem.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work with partners to create and execute joint business plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
3. Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
4. Training and Enablement:
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement programs and resources.
- Ensure partners are well-versed in the company's products, services, and value propositions.
5. Market Analysis and Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform the development of channel strategies.
- Leverage market data to identify new partnership opportunities.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to channel sales.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of partnerships and sales performance.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in channel sales, partnerships, or alliances, preferably in the IT Infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity space within IT industry.
