Job Description

As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the MD, the role is to provide comprehensive support to the MD in launching and expanding new business ventures. The incumbent will play a critical role in managing the administrative, operational, and strategic aspects of these initiatives. The specific duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to Lead special projects with the MD & work with him to build new businesses & drive

- Lead special projects with the MD & work with him to build new businesses & drive overall group strategy.

- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and cross-functional departments to facilitate effective communication and information flow.

- Work with Business Unit Heads and other senior key management members to ensure smooth implementation of business-critical projects and initiatives.

- Serve and build trust as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders pertaining to business from MD's office.

- Assist in financial analysis, including conducting cost-benefit analyses, financial modeling, and budgeting for new business initiatives.

- Monitor project expenses and track financial performance against established targets.

- Support the MD in preparing business cases and investment proposals for new ventures by conducting research, gathering data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.

- Analyze business challenges and advise MD on the appropriate course of action to ensure ongoing business operations & expansion into new businesses.

- Assist MD and Senior Management in assessment of competitive environment and regulatory landscape.

- Identify new business opportunities & monitor progress of projects & initiatives.

- Evaluate feasibility of new businesses.
