Key Experince:

- Thorough understanding of digital payments products and services, payment system and its operations.

- Significant experience in Product management, governance, audit and compliance, liaising with regulators and other authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overall product management and governance including drafting and releasing procedural guidelines, circulars, market facing documents, steering committee meetings, etc.

2. Review and updating product related information and performance statistics on NPCI website and publication for members.

3. Facilitating and handling product audits including internal audit, annual statutory and periodic quality audits, regulatory audit/inspection, etc. with complete ownership.

4. Oversight and control on product compliances to regulatory and statutory requirements, guidelines, directions, etc.

5. Monitoring NPCI member banks and other entities compliance to NPCI issued circulars, guidelines and directives.

6. Liaison with RBI, DFS, UIDAI, IBA and other authorities, financial institutions and banks

7. Automation of processes for handling product governance and compliances for NPCI and its members.

8. Managing cross functional teams across departments for product governance and compliance.

9. Regulatory reporting, MIS / dashboards and business analytics

10. Proper tracking and working towards of closure of Audit, Board, RBI review meetings and other actions (ATRs) for closure.

11. Creating and managing dashboards for various product governance, compliance and statistical reporting requirements.

12. Preparing Board notes and agendas for product related matters.

13. Customer focus and enhancing end customer experience. Managing Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for NPCI product and services.

14. End to end handling and running DigiSaathi - 24 by 7 Helpline for information on digital payments products and services

15. Implementation, operations and governance for product related market initiatives
