Lead Trainer - Education (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Trainer to join our dynamic team at Maxme India. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in creating impactful training content, empowering individuals through effective training and human skills development and contributing to client sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver paid and showcase facilitation programs for all Maxme products within the education and corporate sectors.

- Represent Maxme at prominent events such as DIDAC (Asia's largest and India's only conference and exhibition for educational and skilling resources) and AUSTRADE (Australian Trade and Investment Commission) and other similar events across India.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Services teams to adapt existing decks, offerings, pitches, and content to cater to the Indian market.

- Act as a representative of Maxme in client meetings, focusing on design thinking, program development, and gathering feedback to improve offerings.

- Foster a passion for human skills development and ensure alignment with organizational values, including promoting positive change, integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.

About You:

- A genuine commitment to developing human skills and inspiring others to unlock their full potential through transformative training.

- At least 10 years of experience as a trainer or educator in the education or corporate sector.

- Willingness to travel to various locations across India as needed.

- An MBA or B.Ed is preferred, but passion, experience, and values aligned with the role are equally valued.
