Job Responsibilities:
- works with business end-usersmanagementand technical teams to better understand and document the business requirements
Understand the business priorities and work with the team to implement new initiative.
- This position is accountable for generating and preparing reportstracking and submitting dataand related activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewanalyze and evaluate business and user needs and documents findings and recommend changes to business processes to increase system effectiveness for end users
- Identify gaps and opportunities with an effective data collection and reporting system as well as frequent internal and external bench-marking. Support the development and sharing of good practices within the Narayana Health Group
- Spread a culture of continuous improvementsupported with strong communication and a develop/recommend specific training program for associates across all levels
- Proactively identify changes in project/program scope and assure appropriate measures are taken to reassess and amend requirementsbudget and timeline
Accurately evaluate complex situationsresolve conflicts and identify solutions that create successful outcomes
- Work directly with functional area managers to resolve issues that impact completion of project objectives: determine when to escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
