QSR Supervisor Job Description

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your teams and shifts within the store, ensuring smooth functioning and an excellent customer experience at Simpli Good Food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, keeping shifts running smoothly and team members engaged.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily restaurant activities in their absence.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, including food preparation, delivery, customer relations, and store maintenance.
• Inventory & Financial Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee that the highest quality products and services are consistently delivered to customers.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support restaurant operations.
