Subject Matter Expert

Role & responsibilities

1. Improve business performance by identifying problematic areas and providing relevant technical solutions.
2. Evaluate business processes and operations by leveraging subject-matter expertise.
3. Provide necessary guidance and technical knowledge to both IT and non-IT users throughout the entire software implementation lifecycle and post-implementation. Assess software implementation requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
4. Offer consulting services for managing business operations, contribute specialized knowledge, and provide mentorship.
5. Ensure that the technical solutions provided by mentors align with the company's requirements.
6. Oversee the testing, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
7. Design user manuals and presentations on Figma to prepare training materials.
8. Verify technical information, including training manuals, user guides, and system requirements.
9. Communicate important information and document processes for all stakeholders and board members.
10. Develop a recurring training plan for employees based on the technology/software they use, including weekly training sessions to ensure continuous learning.
11. Ensure that information is accurately represented and aligns with subject-matter expertise before delivering solutions to end users.
