Subject Matter Expert

We are looking for a dedicated professional to coach and mentor learners enrolled in our Credit Analyst Program. The role involves:

• Providing expert guidance through coaching, tutoring, and mentoring to help learners excel in their careers.
• Conducting assignment grading, live chats, Q&A sessions, mock interviews, and case study discussions to ensure a hands-on learning experience.
• Developing high-quality study materials, assignments, and case studies tailored to industry standards.
• Reviewing mentor session content to ensure alignment with program guidelines.
• Continuously upskilling in finance and credit-related subjects to stay updated with industry trends.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
• Reviewing external content, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring accuracy.
• Offering on-demand video support and engaging with students through community forums.
• Guiding and monitoring students throughout their first 90 days of the program.
• Researching and recommending new tools, technologies, and courses to keep the curriculum industry-relevant.
• Tracking and analyzing student performance, engagement metrics, and grading data.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to improve learning processes and student success rates.
