Job Description

  • Sales Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets for third-party insurance products. Develop strategies to exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market for insurance products. Build and maintain partnerships with insurance providers and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitive offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims in a timely manner. Provide ongoing support to clients, keeping them informed about new products and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Oversee the accurate maintenance of client records, policy documentation, and sales contracts. Ensure timely and proper documentation of all sales processes.
  • Sales Team Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Mentor and guide the sales team to help them meet individual and team sales goals. Integrate industry best practices into training programs for continuous team improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Reporting: Collaborate with management to develop and implement long-term sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and provide regular progress reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Support and Problem Resolution: Provide support for clients facing product or service issues, ensuring effective resolution. Escalate complex client concerns to management as needed.
  • Product Knowledge Enhancement: Stay informed about new insurance products, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Share updates with the sales team to ensure they are equipped to sell effectively.
