Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed expectations.
• Understand the client queries and try to resolve independently at initial level.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
• Provide daily reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management.
• Creating proposals and sharing with prospective clients.
• New client onboarding.
• Execute the sales plan under guidance of the management.
• Tracking monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Develop strong rapport with clients by developing good business relationships, responding to feedback, and resolving challenges.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new clients, expanding our market reach, and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development within the financial services industry.
