Managing employee life cycle processes including processing forms, producing letters and employment contracts and updating systems • Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits in line with contracts and appropriate documentation • Manage employee database and all other reports up to date. • Co-coordinating with payroll & benefits teams for changes/updates. • Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports • Establish relationship with business partners and manage their ongoing delivery of timely and high quality services. • Ensure that internal controls are in met as per company polices • Involved in Customer interaction • Managing various in HR queries and transactional activities and provide the operational team with out of the box ideas proactively raise red flags and turn around operational ideas
