Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr. Executive/AM/DM)

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end to end recruitment process at Corporate Level.

Role & responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for Leadership hiring, Lateral hiring & Corporate hiring.
• Incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing till negotiation for entire North regions across all departments.
• Maintaining the hiring trackers & assisting the HR Head in niche hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• High task and output orientation drive towards productivity
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Should be presentable.
• Preferred Industry - NBFC/BFSI/Consulting.
• Knowledge of recruitment tool & experience in various sourcing tools .
• Candidates from Consultancy Background will have additional preference.

Candidate should be ok for 6 days working & immediate joiner.
