Job Summary:

You will be responsible for Cordinating with Engineers , Customer care systems, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and supporting various departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data across various departments and systems.

• You will be responsible for Cordinating with Engineers , Customer care systems, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and supporting various departments

• Customer support - Connecting with various Service Engineers , and clients ( Customer care )
• Report Generation: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and detailed MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for senior management and stakeholders.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain MIS systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to fulfill their reporting requirements and address data-related issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Any graduate

• Experience: 2-8 years of relevant experience in Customer care
• Technical Skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), ERP systems.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. ( Tamil & English )
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.
