Role & responsibilities

• Provide full range of HR generalist support across business verticals in Mukand
• Provide support for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and performance management
• Support annual manpower planning process for businesses and functions
• Drive employee connect sessions and other engagement initiatives, identify issues and employee concerns and highlight the same to HRBPs
• Facilitate completion of engagement surveys and work on action plans for functions basis survey outcomes
• Respond to queries regarding HR policies and procedures with respect to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment
• Track adherence of HR practices and processes to statutory regulations and compliances and highlight red flags, if any
• Support conduction of investigations pertaining to disciplinary and/or fraud cases as appropriate
• Support onboarding of resources to business teams including monitoring availability of ID cards, laptop and email access and other essential requirements, appropriate engagement with peers and manager and completion of introductory trainings
• Will also take care of junior- mid level recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in Business HR or HR Generalist positions, preferably in the manufacturing industry
