1. Employee Life Cycle Activity

• Onboarding, Confirmation/Transfer, Separation etc.

2. Statutory Compliances

• Compliance related to Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, PESO, Employment Exchange Act, LWF, PF, MW etc.
• Compliance Matrix to prepare and update
• MIS on statutory compliances

3. Salary and Wage Registration

• Time office activity, reports
• Payroll Input and process
• MIS related to Payroll

4. Apprentice Process

• Apprentice Payroll
• Apprentice Onboarding
• Apprentice compliances

5. HR Operations

• Employee Engagement Activities
• Take Care of Welfare Activities
• Maintaining of Personal Files
• Execution of Policy & Prepare SOPs
• GPA and GMC Renewal Data preparation

6. Union Handling

• Implementation of Wage Settlement
• Grievance handling

7. PMS Implementation

• Execution of PMS inputs
• Execution of Promotion Action
• Implementation of DA revision

8. Audit

• Attending Internal and External Audit
• ISO Audit
• 5S Audit

9. IR

• Drafting Letters
• Attending Court Proceedings
• Handling Disciplinary Proceedings

Expected Work Experience:

Minimum 6 years and maximum 8 years

Required Educational Qualification:

Full time 2 year degree in MLW or MSW or MHRM or MBA specialization in HR

Preferred requirements:

• Expert in SAP
• Good commend in excel
• Good Interpersonal Relationship
