Cnc Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CNC programming, GD&T, drawing study, and experience in guiding operators, as well as managing tools and fixtures.

Role & responsibilities

• CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining centers.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T): Interpret and apply GD&T principles to ensure precise machining and assembly.
• Drawing Study: Analyze and interpret engineering drawings to guide the machining process.
• Operator Guidance: Supervise and mentor CNC operators to ensure adherence to machining processes and quality standards.
• Tools & Fixtures Management: Oversee the selection, setup, and maintenance of tools and fixtures for efficient machining operations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all components meet quality standards and specifications.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in machining processes and implement best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CNC operations, tools, and fixtures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor.
• Strong background in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring CNC operators.
• Knowledge of tools and fixtures used in CNC machining.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
