We are looking for CNC operators who have worked on precision components CNC machining projects for the Aerospace/Defence industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and manage CNC milling machines to perform various machining operations.
  
• Read engineering drawings, understand requirements, and program CNC machines accordingly.
  
• Ensure accurate cutting tools selection based on workpiece material type.
  
• Monitor machine performance during production runs to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in CNC Milling or related field (CNC Turning).
  
• Strong understanding of CNC programming principles using G-code or similar languages.
  
• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines with precision accuracy.
  
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications accurately.
